About

My name is Caitlin Wellner

Welcome!  I'm a watercolor and oil painter based in Charlotte, NC, exploring the relationship between nature, identity, and the female experience. My colorful landscapes celebrate the beauty of the natural world, while my figurative work explores feminist themes of domestic labor, objectification, feminine rage, and joy. Blending humor, bold imagery, and social commentary, I challenge societal expectations and invite viewers to question convention and embrace more unapologetic expressions of womanhood.
